very nice and friendly personell staff, free wi-fi internet access
reception is frequently empty, and, as such, it might result quite difficult to interact with the hotell staff. This includes checking-in and -out. No reception between 8 pm to 7 am. In case of need you have to make a call to a german phone
Reception was closed after 8pm, had to get room keys from nearby petrol station (not mentioned when I booked the room, I had to spend 10 minutes figuring it out in the street and calling a german phone number). They also refused to give me the WIFI password until the next morning, making the included free internet useless. Towels were old and not soft. No hot milk for breakfast.
Very close to public transport facilities. Very very nice breakfast room and breakfast.
Shower very small
Neat little hotel which felt really fresh and nice to arrive at. My single bed room was very cute and comfortable, and also was quiet and private. It was easy to go with the metro from the hotel, and also, the bus to Schönefeld stops on the same street which was really good.
Rooms were very nice and clean, with a very cosy breakfast room. The breakfast choice was amazing, and left nothing to be wished for.
The staff was relatively grumpy and messed up the duration of the stay for one of us (despite the fact that they called to confirm this reservation). Plus, they put him in a smoker-room on the ground floor where everyone had to pass through to get to the breakfast room in the morning, so be careful to confirm with them that the room you booked is at least on the first floor... They were very quick to change the mess- up ad hoc, though.
Value for money / breakfeast included and free wi-fi
Very old television and the area where it is located
